Scope:
Design, implement and maintain Operational Support Systems
OCS Infotech undertook implementation and
maintenance of:
- Fault Management function - centralizing all alarms and events that occur in the network
- Performance Management function - which collects and analyses all data regarding the current traffic on the network
- NOC
- Service Quality Management function - with a correlation engine to analyze and correlate events and alarms, detect the root cause and identify impacted services or customers
- Trouble Ticket application - to track the problems and fix them
