Scope:
Implement billing system for internet services
Implemented Infranet™ from Portal for the internet service billing. Along with the billing system implementation the following activities were performed:
- Integrated with CISCO call manager for IPT billing and billing IP phone CDRs in real time
- Real time aggregation rating for Broadband Internet access
- Provisioning and billing for email service
- Customer self care where customer can manage their accounts
