Scope:
Implement and maintain customer care and billing system for Internet Service Provider
Implemented Infranet™ from Portal for the internet services offered by Omantel wire line service provider. The following modules were implemented:
- Real time rating for Internet access
- Provisioning and billing for email service
- Implemented internet roaming service
- Enhanced the billing system for ADSL billing (MB based)
- Billing the web hosting service
- Self care modules for customers to track their usage
