Daniel joined in January 2009 the Zubair Group after more than 20 years of international experience at executive level, with blue chip organizations, like IBM, Sony Ericsson, Teleperformance in Europe. His experience comes from the Information Technology, Telecommunication, Consumer Electronics and Outsourcing fields.
Daniel takes responsibility for the Management and Development of the ICT business interests within OCS and Zubair Telecom and is striving to inject fresh ideas and innovation to the ICT division. He is heading OCS and Zubair Telecom Services companies, and has been tasked with seeking out and maximizing all opportunities for the growth of the ICT interests in the region.
A graduate of Mathematics, Operational Management and a Master of Computer science. He is married with two children ( twins ) aged 6. Daniel interests include playing piano, skiing, boating, motor biking and traveling. |

Mr. S. Ashok, in the capacity of an AGM, heads the Finance & Operations portfolio, consisting of Finance & Accounts, Logistics.
With a total of 26 years of work experience, Mr. Ashok has been a part of OCS Infotech since 1992 in various capacities, giving leadership to multiple portfolios.
He is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants and Company Secretaries of India. He is also a qualified CPA, CISA and CIA (USA) and CIMA (UK). Apart from his expertise in finance areas, he is a post-graduate in Marketing too.

Mr. T.V. Sivasankaran, in the capacity of an Assistant General Manager, manages the business for Telecom Project and Solutions and is focusing on expanding the business in key accounts.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the IT area in varied industry segments and has cut across many functions like development, analysis, project management, pre-sale and sales. He has exposure to the Telecommunications, Insurance, Banking and Finance industries. He has been involved in major projects right from conceptualisation to successful completion.
Mr. Sivasankaran is a post-graduate in Economics and a graduate in the General Law.

Mr. Ranjit Rath, Sales Manager, heads the Technology Sales of OCS Infotech. He has key expertise in Sales, Product Management, Channel Management and Major Account Management. He has strong credentials of successfully establishing new clients and maintaining long-term relationships with them, which has resulted in high customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining OCS Infotech, he was with ICICI Infotech, India, in the capacity of Regional Sales Manager (West). He has extensive sales and business development experience in the Indian subcontinent, in addition to developing new markets - geographically and business area-wise. He has been involved in start-up operations and is exposed to Support Services and Logistics Management.
He is a graduate in Engineering with over 15 years of experience in Technology Solutions.

Mr. B. Chandashekar, Senior Manager, Consulting Practices, is responsible for the Project Implementation, Pre-sale Consulting and System Integration arm of OCS Infotech. He has served in various capacities in the company with the Software Solutions Group.
He has been with OCS Infotech since 1998 and has 18 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining OCS Infotech, he worked in the Indian IT industry and has had interactions with most of the leading players in the market.
He is a post-graduate from Chennai.

Mr. Naji Ahmed Al Sulaimani joined OCS on August 25, 2009, as HR & Administration Manager. He completed his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Leeds. He has done his Master program in HRM at the University of Southampton, UK. He has 6 years of HR work experience at senior level. |
